I believe the quality of collective outcomes depends on the environments in which people think, learn and make decisions together. Whether in international security, democratic governance, leadership development or institutional collaboration, outcomes depend on how people think together. I design the environments that make this possible—through research, dialogue architecture, leadership programmes and institutional design.
